Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset each billing period and don't roll over. One-time top-up packs are different — those never expire, so they're the right move for a single heavy month rather than upgrading permanently.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
Nothing you've already made is ever taken away. Buy a one-time top-up pack (never expires) or wait for next month's reset — your choice. The packs: Boost — 750 credits for $19; Momentum — 2,250 credits for $49; Scale — 5,000 credits for $99.
What does 2,000 credits actually get me?
Credits are one balance that spends on anything Zolt makes for you — from a single caption to a full month of content, in every format Zolt makes. Small jobs use a few, big jobs use more, and your credits page lists what each kind of job costs before you spend. Nothing that fails is ever charged. The Free plan's 100 credits are enough to see your voice in your own content, not enough to run a month.
What happens to my content?
It's sent to our AI providers to do the work, under their API terms. Your content is never used to train AI models — ours or our providers’ — and it’s never sold.
Is there a deadline or a limited number of spots?
No. There's no countdown and no cap. No countdown, no “spots left.” The price is the price.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
Yes — your first subscription starts with 14 days free. We take your card at checkout but charge nothing until the trial ends, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing. During the trial you get up to 2,000 credits; your plan's full monthly credits start with your first payment, which the 30-day money-back guarantee still covers.
What if I try a paid plan and it isn't for me?
Ask us inside 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it — one refund per customer, ever. After a refund your account goes read-only: everything you made stays viewable and anything published stays published, but generating and publishing stop. Credit top-up packs are separate and aren't refundable.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your account; you keep access through the end of your current billing period.
